Please read our Return, Refund & No Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Our goal is to ensure a transparent and hassle-free shopping experience for all our customers.


1. Returns & Exchanges
  • No Returns or Exchanges are accepted for change of mind, wrong selection, or personal preference.
  • The only exception is if an item is damaged or missing upon delivery.
  • Please refer to the Unboxing & Claim Procedure below to raise a valid complaint.

2. Note: Returns are not accepted, but if any item is damaged or missing, please follow the instructions below:
Unboxing Video Requirement:

When you receive your parcel, you must record a 360° unboxing video.

  • Start by showing the shipping label and the fully packed parcel.
  • Then open the parcel completely and clearly show the product’s working condition in the same video.
  • The issue (damage or missing part) must be clearly visible in the video.

Videos edited, paused, or recorded after unboxing will not be considered valid proof.


Reporting the Issue:
  • If you find the product damaged or missing, email the unboxing video to biz.razzledazzle@gmail.com.
  • Our team will review the video carefully.
  • If your video meets the above conditions, the claim will be approved.

  • Please contact us within 3 to 4 days of receiving your order.

    (Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM) with your order number.

3. Refund Process
  • Once approved, our team will contact you for confirmation.
  • The refund for the damaged or missing item will be processed to your original payment account within 4–7 banking days.
  • Refunds are applicable only for the affected item(s) — not for full order value, shipping charges, or unrelated items.

4. No Exchange Policy
  • We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances (for color, size, or other preferences).
  • If you wish to get a replacement product, you can place a new order after receiving your refund approval.
